Today, we will learn how to make'Nachos' with leftover chapati.
Take leftover Chapati dough.
1 tsp Red chilli powder.
Salt to taste and knead it well.
Apply little bit of oil and knead it.
Dust the board with the little bit ofwheat flour and knead it.
If you want spicy nachos thenadd more chilli powder to it.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
Dust the board with the little bit ofwheat flour and make the chapati.
Take care not to roll a chapati too thin.
Now, roast the chapati on heated pan.
By the chapati gets roasted,let's roll out the second one.
Chapati is nicely roastednow take it on to a plate.
Similarly, roast the remaining chapati.
Chapatis are ready now.
Let's cut the chapatis withthe help of a scissor.
Fold the chapati into triangle shape,and cut right in the middle of it.
Take a baking tray and line it with aluminumfoil and Place the cut rotis on it.
And brush little oil on them.
You can even apply melted butter to it.
We apply the oil on nachosto make it crispy.
Preheat the oven at 180C for 10 minutes.
Add the tray of nachos in the ovenand bake it for another 10 minutes.
10 minutes are up.
Nachos are ready, now keep it aside.
